Description

You will maintain and ensure the correct operation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central (On-Prem and SaaS). The job focuses on analyzing and resolving technical tickets from users, monitoring systems, and supporting diagnosis with development and administration teams. You will also help test new system versions, participate in deployments, and keep technical and user documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical tickets reported by users of Navision / Business Central
• Monitor the systems
• Collaborate with development and administration teams to diagnose and remove issues
• Test new system versions and participate in rollout processes
• Create and update technical documentation and user instructions
• Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate teams per procedure

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 / Business Central (system structure, interface, key modules: Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory/Warehouse)
• Experience in analyzing and resolving system problems: diagnosing errors and analyzing logs
• Ability to work with C/AL (or AL); reading and basic code editing is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL Server: writing queries, analyzing data, basic database administration
• Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS services for NAV maintenance
• Understanding of ERP/business processes and ability to translate business needs into system behavior
