Description

You will provide application support for internal business applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (and MS-Navision if applicable). After onboarding, you’ll handle second- and third-level support, plan and implement new application functions, coordinate external service providers, and train employees. The role emphasizes service quality and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Second & third-level support for business applications after intensive onboarding
• General support for applications within the organization
• Support and troubleshooting for Windows computer environments (Microsoft-focused)
• Planning and implementation of new functions in the business applications
• Defining requirements for external service providers and monitoring their work
• Training employees in the business applications

Requirements

• Completed IT training or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in technical support/application consulting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications; ideally MS-Navision/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Good hardware and software knowledge
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, team-oriented working style
• Good prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
• Interest in process optimization and excellent service
• Driver’s license Class B
• German (required)
