Description

You will help transform the client’s business processes by identifying and implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability. The role includes analyzing and mapping current technology-driven workflows, designing optimized AI-enabled processes, and documenting requirements for AI implementations. You will collaborate with developers and process owners to create, test, and maintain AI solution documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and implement AI-based solutions to improve business outcomes

• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes; design optimized processes using AI

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations

• Collaborate with development teams and process owners; mentor on creating and testing AI solutions

• Create and maintain project and process documentation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo)

• Agentic automation feasibility assessment

• Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions) plus metrics and evals

• Cost/TCO analysis

• Agents monitoring

• Excellent English and Polish skills
