IT Business Analyst

Description

Join the IT team as a key link between internal departments and external IT vendors. You will analyze business requests, translate them into clear technical specifications, and propose improvements while ensuring systems remain aligned with the system architecture. The role also includes supporting testing/reporting, implementing low-code automations, and contributing to AI integration projects.

Role Description

• Collect system modification requests from other departments and create specifications for vendors
• Propose new features, optimize existing system components, and ensure alignment with system architecture
• Collaborate closely with IT vendors and company stakeholders
• Support testers, take part in testing vendor deliveries, and regularly report development and testing status
• Implement automations in low-code platforms and explore new technologies for business use
• Present outputs to colleagues and prepare training
• Contribute to projects integrating AI into internal processes

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Enthusiasm for IT and new technologies
• Logical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Independent, proactive approach; ability to clearly present information
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Ability to work with APIs and JSON/XML formats
