Description

Lead end-to-end business and IT analysis for complex card transformation initiatives. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across the delivery lifecycle, including AS-IS/TO-BE, gap analysis, and impact assessments. Facilitate workshops, ensure requirements traceability, define acceptance criteria, and support testing, defect analysis, migration, and solution validation—using AI and Generative AI tools to improve analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and IT analysis for card transformation initiatives
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements (business/functional/non-functional)
• Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and external vendors
• Ensure requirements traceability to business objectives, technical architecture, and regulatory standards
• Define acceptance criteria; support testing, defect analysis, migration, and solution validation
• Identify dependencies, risks, and requirements gaps; propose solutions
• Use AI and Generative AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvements
• Improve and continuously refine business analysis practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role (preferably banking/financial services)
• Strong experience managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of business process modelling, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment
• Experience in complex IT transformation projects with multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders
• Understanding of SDLC, requirements traceability, and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of integrations, data flows, and IT solution design
• Communication skills working with international business and technical teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
