Description

Transform a client’s business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and adaptability.

You will analyze and map existing technology-driven processes, then design optimized AI-enabled workflows. You will gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements; collaborate with development teams and process owners; and mentor on creating and testing AI/agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes and design optimized ones using AI

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations

• Collaborate with development teams and process owners; mentor on creating and testing AI solutions

• Create and maintain project and process documentation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Production experience with LLM/agentic solutions (not just PoC/demo)

• Agentic automation feasibility assessment

• Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions)

• Build metrics and evaluation (evals)

• Cost/TCO analysis

• Agents monitoring experience

• Excellent English and Polish skills
