Description

This role is not a classic requirements-only business analyst position. You will act as the connector between business, solution architecture, and development, contributing from initial analysis through deployment. You’ll design integration/API flows, create user stories and functional specifications, and validate solutions including UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from internal and external customers
• Design integration solutions, API communication, and data flows between systems
• Collaborate on solution architecture with solution architects
• Create user stories, functional specifications, and analytical documentation
• Work with development teams during implementation
• Validate proposed solutions, support testing, and perform UAT
• Identify risks and propose optimizations
• Lead workshops and communicate with stakeholders across business and IT
• Present proposed solutions to customers
• Contribute to internal system development and modernization

Requirements

• Experience as IT Business Analyst/IT Analyst/Integration Analyst/Technical Business Analyst
• Experience with integration projects and system interconnections
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integration
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience with process modeling and solution design
• Familiarity with UML or similar modeling tools
• Experience with testing and solution validation
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Intermediate English proficiency
