Description

You’ll support various enterprise IT initiatives across domains such as Product, Stores, Back Office, Logistics, and E-commerce. The role includes independently leading analysis—from clarifying business needs/problems, to modeling processes (AS-IS/TO-BE), documenting requirements, and supporting implementation and verification. You’ll also analyze change impacts and dependencies across processes, systems, and teams, while using AI tools consciously during analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business needs and problems requiring solutions

• Translate business needs into clear, unambiguous, testable business and functional requirements

• Lead analysis from problem discovery to solution readiness for implementation

• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN (AS-IS and TO-BE)

• Run workshops, analytical meetings, and discussions with stakeholders

• Identify dependencies and analyze the impact of changes on processes, systems, and teams

• Prepare project-tailored analytical documentation

• Ensure business solution consistency end-to-end

• Collaborate with IT teams and business areas during design, implementation, and verification

• Manage priorities while working on several projects in parallel

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analyst / Business System Analyst roles on IT projects

• Independent analysis capabilities from business need/problem to solution-ready output

• Experience running workshops and working with stakeholders

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively

• Flexibility to quickly learn new business domains

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of BPMN and experience modeling business processes

• Ability to produce analytical documentation and convert business needs into requirements

• Conscious use of AI tools for analysis and ability to critically assess generated results

• Strong communication skills

• English knowledge enabling comfortable work with documentation and project communication

• Availability/ability to work on 3–6 projects simultaneously across different domains and stages
