Description

You will support analysis for a new system responsible for distributing PUSH messages to customers. The role focuses on business analysis, refining requirements, and preparing the organization to deliver an MVP. You will also model business processes and data/integration flows and help keep business rules consistent.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and clarify project requirements
• Create a detailed backlog and analytical documentation (business and functional requirements)
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria
• Develop diagrams and models for business processes, data flows, and system integrations
• Define MVP functional scope and identify what is out of scope
• Analyze system integrations and define business rules while ensuring consistency
• Identify risks, ambiguities, and items requiring business or architectural decisions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams

Requirements

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in a development (product) team
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Process modeling experience using UML or user story mapping
• Requirements documentation experience (e.g., BPMN)
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
• Ability to work with stakeholders and elicit/decompose functional and non-functional requirements
• SQL knowledge and data analysis/modeling fundamentals
• Basics of object-oriented paradigm and data processing methods (batch processing, workqueue, messaging, queues)
• Knowledge of integration patterns for synchronous and asynchronous systems
• Knowledge of JSON, schema-avro, and documentation as code concepts
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level
