Description

Design reporting solutions and define requirement specifications with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, developers, and testers. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with the target picture, translating business requirements into technology and vice versa. Facilitate understanding of requirements and the impact of technical solutions on business processes.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team

• Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their impact on technology

• Facilitate understanding of technical solutions and their impact on business processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis

• 3+ years as IT Analyst

• Understanding of data flow integration

• Ability to analyze data content and behavior using SQL

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics

• Self-driven and collaborative team player
