Description

You will perform business-and-system analysis for an insurance-industry project—eliciting, documenting, and refining functional and non-functional requirements and translating them into backlog items. You will propose and consult system solutions with business users and support delivery across design, development, and testing phases. You’ll collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements

• Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Create and detail backlog items

• Propose and consult system solutions with business users

• Provide analytical support during design, development, and testing

• Work with architects, analysts, and development teams

• Collaborate with key project stakeholders (Project Management, Main User, Sponsor, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and system analysis (senior-level preferred, 10+ years)

• Experience delivering projects for the insurance sector and knowledge of its specifics and terminology

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

• Knowledge of IT system design principles, system architecture, and software engineering

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience designing integration interfaces (e.g., APIs)

• Experience analyzing and designing user interfaces, including wireframes and prototypes

• Experience analyzing non-functional requirements, especially security and performance

• Experience using Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence
