Description

You will analyze and engineer business and system requirements for a public-sector electronic surveillance system with distributed architecture and strict reliability requirements. The work includes translating legal/regulatory constraints into IT functionalities and system logic, producing rigorous analytical documentation, and collaborating with the technical team through UAT and formal acceptance. You’ll ensure the delivered solution fully matches business assumptions and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and structure business and system requirements with central stakeholders

• Model processes by converting complex legal/regulatory/procedural conditions into IT functionality and system behavior using BPMN and UML

• Create comprehensive analytical documentation, requirements specifications, and process designs following standards for large public projects

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure full alignment with business assumptions and security requirements

• Support implementation by actively participating in UAT and assisting with formal software acceptance processes

Requirements

• Active CCBA or CBAP certification (or an equivalent business analysis certification)

• Documented experience from the last 3 years as a Business Analyst

• Delivered at least 2 IT projects as a Business Analyst

• Participated in the full lifecycle of those projects (design, execution, and implementation)

• Each project’s gross value was at least 5,000,000 PLN, excluding hardware and off-the-shelf software
