Description

You will lead a newly formed IT security and BCM team, driving SIEM implementation and optimization for early detection of security incidents. In this role, you will also advance ICT incident management processes and manage emergency activities to ensure business continuity. You will collaborate as part of an IT expert circle to further develop the organization’s IT security strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a newly established team within the IT organization
• Implement and optimize SIEM systems to enable early detection of security incidents
• Further develop ICT incident management processes
• Carry out and oversee emergency management to ensure business continuity
• Participate in an IT expert circle for further development of the IT security strategy

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in SIEM and incident management
• Several years of experience in disciplinary leadership, including coaching and developing employees
• Strong decision-making skills plus conceptual and analytical strengths
• Confident professional presence and excellent communication skills
