Lead and develop the organization’s ICT, cyber security, and project management. Coordinate activities in the records and archival services domain and ensure completion of tasks related to safeguarding the organization. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a master’s program, or Bachelor’s degree with practical experience in the field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position in ICT
  • At least 1 year of experience in public administration in ICT
  • Security clearance authorization for access to classified information at Confidential level (or willingness to undergo security vetting to obtain it)
  • Compliance with Section 2 of Act No. 451/1991 and possession of the required lustration clearance
  • Submit an IT and project management concept for the assigned unit (5–8 standard pages)
  • Required citizenship (Czech Republic, EU member state, or EEA contracting state)
  • Criminal record clearance
  • Leadership and management abilities; excellent communication and organizational skills; conceptual and analytical thinking
