Description

You will help ensure safe and reliable operations by implementing an information security management system, building security strategy and policy framework, and covering governance and compliance requirements. The role includes identifying and setting up assets and risks, monitoring current threats, preparing for business continuity, and supporting incident analysis and crisis response. You will also organize cybersecurity committees, drive awareness, and travel to managed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of an information security management system in supported organizations
• Act as cybersecurity manager / designated information security person within supported organizations
• Create and implement a security strategy and policy framework
• Participate in identifying and establishing assets and risks
• Monitor current cybersecurity threats and prepare Business Continuity Management
• Organize cybersecurity committees
• Ensure regulatory compliance in participating organizations
• Support incident management and crisis response (incident analysis and coordination within crisis management)
• Increase cybersecurity awareness and track current cybersecurity trends
• Travel to and participate in meetings in managed organizations

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of security standards (e.g., relevant ISO standards, GDPR)
• Ability to independently manage projects
• Knowledge of technical security solutions in IT
• Ability to identify, analyze, and manage security risks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and support team members
• Knowledge of the Czech language
• Driver’s license category B (active driving)
• No criminal record
• Completed secondary or higher education (VŠ or SŠ)
• Advantage: relevant information security certifications
