Description

Provide everyday IT support for users on-site and remotely, including diagnosing and resolving issues involving PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and office applications. Install, prepare, and manage end-user devices, while handling and documenting user requests and incidents. Work with multiple departments and global IT teams on migrations, new solutions, and rollout of IT standards and security measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to users on-site and remotely

• Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and office applications

• Install, prepare, and administer end-user devices

• Record, manage, and resolve user requests and incidents

• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to address IT needs

• Participate in global IT projects, system migrations, and introduction of new solutions

• Support implementation of IT standards and security measures

• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors

Requirements

• Experience with end-user IT support, endpoint administration, or local IT operations

• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 for business, including office applications

• Ability to independently diagnose problems, set priorities, and ensure resolution or proper escalation

• Basic knowledge of computer networks (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, VLAN, DHCP)

• Communicative English (spoken and written)
