Description

Provide onsite IT support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets, and support workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications. Perform IMACD activities, hardware lifecycle management, and asset administration, and assist in incident resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for Windows devices and mobile/tablet endpoints

• Support workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications

• Perform IMACD activities, hardware lifecycle management, and asset administration

• Assist with incident resolution and coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security requirements, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

• Knowledge of IT hardware, asset management, and basic networking (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN)

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments

• English at B2 level or higher
