Description

The Business Analyst II partners with business units to support technology projects delivering business value. The role gathers and analyzes requirements, documents as-is and to-be processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports solution delivery. Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation
• Document and analyze current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes
• Identify process improvements, business gaps, and solution opportunities
• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement

• U.S. national base pay range: $65,100 - $108,500 (geographic differentials may apply) and eligible annual incentive bonus
