Description

Business Analyst II will assist management with analysis for organizational and business improvement services, including compiling strategic goals, applying analytical methods/models/tools, and using performance measures and benchmarking to support assessments, program audits, and policy development. The role also supports day-to-day work in the eDiscovery environment: identifying and collecting electronic data; processing ESI across multiple systems; scripting and using advanced queries; setting up and using eDiscovery applications; integrating legal systems to improve efficiency; and producing and delivering data, reports, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze strategic goals; identify best-practice models
• Use performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards for assessments, audits, and policy development
• Gather information from users; define work problems; design systems and procedures
• Identify, collect, and process electronic data and ESI (including file manipulations and conversions)
• Use scripting, advanced queries, and automated workflow concepts
• Create users and set up eDiscovery applications
• Integrate legal systems to improve efficiencies
• Produce/deliver data and create reports and procedures; follow reporting requirements

Requirements

• US citizenship
• Public trust clearance
• Experience performing similar business analysis work with minimal support
• Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (highly desired)
• Experience managing FOIA reviews (preferred)
