Description

Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function. Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and participation in user acceptance testing of new systems. Gather and analyze user requirements and procedures, recommend business solutions, and help implement improvements to operational reporting and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis on assigned projects and recommend potential business solutions

  • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes

  • Support implementation of new systems and assist with execution

  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new implementations

  • Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications

  • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures

  • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2–4 years of business process or data analysis experience (preferably healthcare)

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Experience leading business requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning across cross-functional teams strongly preferred
