Description

Drive high-intensity sales of Foot & Ankle products by becoming the resident expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals. Manage product inventory, prepare solutions for operating room consultations, and build credibility through deep knowledge of your products and competitors. Provide advice and training on products and tools to help improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Sell Foot & Ankle products that meet customer needs

• Act as the local expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals

• Organize materials and present solutions during operating room consultations

• Maintain and manage product inventory and support customers as needed

• Provide advice and training on products and tools used in care

• Participate in required sales meetings and professional association meetings, including outside regular business hours

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination)

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred

• Knowledge of selling methods, including marketing strategy, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems

• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of office technologies (MS Office suite, databases)

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals (beneficial)

• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments

• Ability to attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required

• Adhere to compliance and responsibility principles (AdvaMed), including privacy/confidentiality, ethics and integrity, asset protection, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
