Description

Take inbound sales calls from small businesses and use consultative conversations to identify sales opportunities and cross-sell additional business supplies. Provide an engaging customer experience by actively listening to uncover both stated and unstated needs, and expand sales beyond essentials using products such as promotional items and print marketing. Meet monthly metrics for revenue, customer experience, and time management; follow a prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight product value.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound sales calls from small businesses

• Identify opportunities and cross-sell additional supplies through consultative conversations

• Listen to uncover stated and unstated needs; connect customer needs to meaningful solutions

• Follow a prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and emphasize value

• Manage high volumes of inquiries daily with professionalism and accuracy

• Multi-task while navigating multiple PC order systems and communicating with customers

• Place high-quality, accurate premium printing orders

Requirements

• HS/GED

• Strong customer-facing communication skills developed through retail or call center environments

• Ability to build rapport and demonstrate genuine engagement with callers

• Strong/creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to connect customer needs to meaningful solutions

• Accountability for actions, progress, and results

• Proficiency learning and utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications in a fast-paced environment
