• Pay: Base salary range $18.00–$22.00 plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance

Description

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. Manage the full loan lifecycle—including collections activities—while ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations. Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products and communicate through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands for timely service

• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while meeting individual and branch goals

• Build and maintain customer connections throughout the loan process and lifecycle

• Present tailored loan solutions based on customer needs

• Manage loan lifecycle, including compliant collections activities

• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems

• Clearly educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred: Sales, collections, or customer service experience

• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish)
