Description

You will support industrialization and product launches by ensuring the correct data in SAP and coordinating engineering changes so serial production is not impacted. The role includes maintaining SAP master data—especially BoM and routings—and participating in risk analysis (P-FMEA) and Lean/5S improvements. You’ll work closely with technology and the Launch manager, applying a practical, structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP master data, BoM (BOM), and routings (work procedures)
• Ensure accurate product/manufacturing data so production has what it needs
• Monitor engineering changes and coordinate their implementation into practice
• Participate in P-FMEA creation and updates; challenge processes and propose functional solutions
• Support process optimization using Lean methods and 5S

Requirements

• Technical education and practical “common sense” mindset
• Automotive experience, including familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
• SAP knowledge (ideally MM / WM) and strong IT skills, with Excel as a daily tool
• Meticulous, systematic approach and ability to drive tasks to completion
• English at a level that enables smooth communication with the development team
