Description

Lead and support a team of SAP Logistics experts by directing and overseeing SAP Logistics operations. Build high-performance teams across global locations and drive global strategic initiatives to grow the discipline. Craft proposals and statements of work for SAP projects while collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders, and manage customer relations on delivery, team performance, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of SAP experts; provide direction and oversee SAP Logistics operations
• Build and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Manage the employee lifecycle: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation
• Drive global strategic initiatives contributing to the growth of the SAP Logistics discipline
• Create proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects with IT and business stakeholders
• Handle direct customer relations related to delivery, team performance, and project timelines/schedules
• Maintain expert-level SAP Logistics knowledge and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Logistics
• Leadership experience with a proven track record leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, including customer-facing roles
• Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency at B2+ level or higher
