Description

You will design, optimize, and manage production processes. The role includes analyzing production methods, creating and implementing improvement proposals, and managing lean tools (e.g., 5S, SFM, VSM, Kaizen). You will also create and update layouts in VisTable and AutoCAD and support logistics and production processes in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and manage manufacturing processes
• Analyze production methods and implement continuous improvement proposals
• Create and update production layouts in VisTable and AutoCAD
• Implement new technologies to increase manufacturing efficiency and quality
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity across all processes
• Implement lean manufacturing tools company-wide (5S, SFM, VSM, Kaizen, etc.)
• Participate in defining KPI indicators
• Motivate employees to adopt lean manufacturing
• Support logistics and production processes in the SAP system

Requirements

• Technical secondary school or university degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (advantage)
• Systematic, results-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• English or German at a communicative level
• B-category driver’s license
