• Role: SAP WM/EWM Module Expert (Logistics)

Description

You will work with the Product Owner to manage, further develop, and optimize the logistics IT system landscape according to strategic guidance. You will implement SAP WM and SAP S/4HANA EWM projects, lead the successful S/4HANA migration in your domain, and specify system adjustments together with the Product Owner. You will support Customizing and Go-Live and create/update Customizing and training documentation for the logistics area.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and optimize the existing logistics IT system landscape with the Product Owner and under the direction of the Head of Global Logistics

• Project manage and implement SAP WM and SAP S/4HANA EWM, including related subsystems (e.g., pack lists, warehouse systems, CEP)

• Take primary responsibility for a successful S/4HANA migration in the logistics domain

• Develop and specify required system adjustments with the Product Owner

• Implement system adjustments in Customizing and support the business department during Go-Live

• As IT service manager for logistics, create and keep Customizing and training documentation up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

• Multi-year experience in SAP WM/EWM consulting and adaptation of SAP production modules

• Solid knowledge of logistics processes and comprehensive understanding of relevant SAP modules

• Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA and interfaces

• Experience creating training materials and system documentation

• Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly

• Fluent German and English
