Description

You will lead supplier industrialization engineering programs by aligning supplier deliverables to vehicle program management objectives and timelines. The role includes building and optimizing ETL pipelines and KPI dashboards, running data compliance audits, and coaching stakeholders on metrics to enable executive decision-making. You will proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and engage with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives; manage risks and resolve issues impacting launch timelines
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and KPI dashboards for executive-level decision-making
• Conduct data compliance audits and drive disciplined follow-up to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Provide training, coaching, and continuous support to stakeholders on KPI dashboards, metrics usage, and data interpretation
• Translate business objectives into executable program plans through strategic and tactical planning
• Track and drive execution against milestones and deliverables for on-time, high-quality launches
• Engage with suppliers to review timelines, identify gaps/inefficiencies, and challenge processes and assumptions
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues within the working team or escalate when needed
• Influence cross-functional partners to identify data-driven improvement opportunities
• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of SIE programs (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and regulatory considerations related to program management
• Travel domestically and internationally to support manufacturing and supplier readiness activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of automotive program management experience
• Automotive commodity experience in one or more of: stamping, casting, injection molding, chassis components, interiors
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, technical writing, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
