Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Logistics experts; oversee SAP Logistics operations
• Build, lead, and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Manage the employee lifecycle: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation
• Drive global strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the discipline
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Handle direct customer relations related to delivery, team performance, and project timelines/schedules
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven SAP Logistics leadership experience with a track record in complex projects
• Proven success in multiple large-scale multi-disciplinary projects
• Direct customer-facing experience
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency (B2+ or higher)
