• Model and digitalize processes using modern tools

Requirements

• Practical experience with IT analysis or a process-oriented environment

• Desire to further develop in this area

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of managing requirements, tickets, and incidents

• Experience with BPMN process modeling

• Clear communication with technical and business users

• Interest in automation and digitalization
