Description

You will help design and develop extensive information systems used by hundreds of thousands of people, including customer-facing information systems, portals and online services, contact centers, and integrations between systems and external partners.

Your responsibilities include analyzing and proposing technical solutions for online services and data flows, designing integration interfaces, data models, and required transformations, and producing analytical documentation.

You will model solutions using BPMN and ArchiMate and connect business stakeholders with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design technical solutions for online services and data flows

• Propose integration interfaces, data models, and required transformations

• Support digitalization processes and service orchestration

• Prepare analytical documentation in Enterprise Architect, ARIS, or Visio

• Use BPMN and ArchiMate for modeling and solution design

• Estimate effort for changes and new requirements

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Prior experience as IT Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a comparable role

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical proposals

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and systems analysis

• Ability to create analytical documentation

• Experience with Enterprise Architect, ARIS, Visio, or similar tools

• Proficiency with BPMN and ArchiMate for modeling and design
