Description

You will work on strategic transformation and integration projects, connecting business needs with technical solutions in complex enterprise environments. The work emphasizes integration architecture and analysis/modeling, including REST API and SOAP as well as Kafka/messaging and system integration. The projects support modernization and digitization in banking, insurance, or energy.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT / Business / System Analyst role

• University degree

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive, independent approach and ability to deliver

• Ability to analyze complex systems and their relationships

• Experience in integration analysis and API design

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Knowledge of REST API and SOAP

• Knowledge of Kafka/messaging

• Experience in banking, insurance, or energy

• Optional: Experience with BPMN and Camunda

• Optional: Process analysis and workflow solution design

• Optional: Transformation/migration experience for core systems or other enterprise platforms

• Optional: Certifications in business analysis or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, OCEB2)
