Description

You will map, analyze, and document internal processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency, digitalization, automation, and business scaling. You will also project-manage the implementation of changes—both operational process enhancements and internal system projects—while monitoring process effectiveness and supporting successful adoption by end users. In addition, you will contribute to a strategic ERP upgrade and continue building deep expertise.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and document internal processes

• Design solutions to support efficiency, digitalization, automation, and business scaling

• Project-manage change implementation for both process improvements and internal system projects

• Monitor process effectiveness and support end-user adoption

• Contribute to a strategic ERP upgrade

• Build deep expertise systematically

• Collaborate with a 4-person process team, the ICT team, internal customers, and external vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing internal processes, ideally combined with project management

• Knowledge of CRM and business processes or ERP and financial processes

• Orientation in process improvement methods and knowledge of process modeling

• Analytical, structured mindset with ability to see connections and work with high complexity

• Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for outcomes and operate effectively in a dynamic growing-company environment
