Description

You will ensure smooth operation of hotel IT systems (servers, networks, and end users), supervise daily IT support, and handle escalated incidents to minimize downtime. You will coordinate the IT hotline and on-call services, keep incident records, and work closely with hotel departments to configure IT solutions for both operations and guests. You will also communicate with external vendors and IT support partners.

Role Responsibilities (as described)

• Ensure uninterrupted hotel IT operations (servers, networks, end users)
• Oversee daily IT support and resolve escalated incidents
• Coordinate IT hotline and emergency/on-call services
• Record and actively participate in resolving incidents
• Collaborate with hotel departments on IT setup for operations and guests
• Communicate with external vendors and technology support partners

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or system administration
• Ability to analyze technical problems and find effective solutions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of IT monitoring and IT environment management fundamentals
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Experience with Opera, Micros, or other PMS/POS systems is an advantage
