Description

Own international CMMS implementations end to end—from kickoff and configuration to go-live and user training—so customer teams can operate independently after your work is done. You will configure QRmaint per customer, set up integrations, migrate and clean data, manage milestones and customer communication, and coordinate with internal teams. Part of your time supports customers, since support questions can turn into implementation work.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end for international customers (kickoff to go-live)
• Handle technical setup: system configuration, integrations, and data migration/clean-up
• Train the customer’s users to ensure self-sufficient operation
• Manage the implementation as a project: schedule, milestones, and customer communication; coordinate with sales, support, and product
• Assist with customer support as needed
• Feed customer insights back to the product team for feature scope and fixes

Requirements

• Maintenance, facilities, or industrial experience
• Fluency in English, German, and Polish to run implementations and training independently
• Ability to run a project independently (schedule, milestones, customer communication)
• Comfort with training/coaching users during onboarding
• Hybrid work availability: 2–3 times per week in Kraków or Warsaw
