WS Client Administrator

Description

• Package applications based on German installation instructions.
• Integrate and package drivers.
• Create installation instructions for software packaging, including compatibility testing.
• Consolidate software packages and manage version control.
• Develop terminal server images.
• Create, modify, and delete Citrix publications.
• Perform Citrix Provisioning.
• Administer a hybrid workstation environment.
• Test applications and support application owners.
• Create authorization groups in Active Directory and the management tool.
• Hand over software packages to customers.
• Create SCCM task sequences and collections.
• Integrate installation and de-installation packages into installation routines.
• Optimize installation and de-installation processes.
• Automate software installations regardless of source type.
• Map logical links.
• Create and develop report automation.
• Maintain test logs.
• Test and monitor application tests and acceptances; support application owners.
• Act as an interface and support the relevant customer test center.
• Consider interfaces to other systems, including WAP Portal and Orchestrator.
• Handle incidents in compliance with ITIL.
• Operate various order-management tools.

Key Requirements

• MECM project experience.
• Good experience with Citrix Terminal Services.
• PowerShell programming.
• Experience with ASG CloudShaper and NSIS.
• Experience with App Deployment Toolkit and task-sequence development/workflows.
• Experience with current Windows 10 client and Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 operating systems.
• Experience operating the job-management tool ServiceNow.
• Good written and spoken German skills due to ongoing customer contact.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, general, and security requirements in a banking environment.
• Strong willingness to communicate.
