Description

You will drive the transformation of sales processes by improving and expanding a CRM system based on Salesforce. As the main point of contact, you will operate, install, and configure the applications, resolve incidents via 2nd and 3rd level support, and coordinate implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning projects with internal teams and external partners. You will also translate business needs into technical recommendations and report application performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the CRM system (Salesforce-based) and implement new solutions to optimize business processes and increase productivity
  • Act as the primary contact for the supported applications; handle operations, installation, and configuration
  • Analyze and fix incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support to ensure reliable performance
  • Lead projects for implementation, maintenance, or decommissioning of applications; coordinate internal and external collaboration
  • Serve as an interface between IT and business departments/externals
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend investments in new technologies to keep solutions up to date
  • Report operational progress and application performance to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
  • Multi-year technical experience in CRM system support and implementation, ideally with Salesforce
  • Very good German and English skills at C-level; additional languages are beneficial
  • Preferably experience integrating various ERP systems with Salesforce
  • Experience working with multiple departments as an interface between IT and business functions
  • Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and high self-initiative
