• Work mode: Hybrid (Warsaw office minimum 2x per week)

Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of a global CMS platform supporting international marketing and communications. The role covers the CMS roadmap and prioritization, content-management process design, information architecture (models, taxonomy, metadata), and integrations with external systems via APIs and third-party tools. You will connect business and technical teams, support CMS users through training and best practices, monitor platform performance, and help implement AI solutions to automate content operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the CMS platform development direction and prioritize new features

• Collaborate with the Sanity platform vendor and coordinate development activities

• Design and optimize content management processes

• Develop information architecture, content models, taxonomy, and metadata

• Coordinate CMS integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party tools

• Serve as the main point of contact between business and technical teams

• Support CMS users with training and promotion of best practices

• Monitor platform performance and initiate improvement actions

• Implement AI solutions supporting automation of content operations and processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CMS product management, content architecture, or CMS-related operations

• Strong knowledge of CMS structure and architecture; Sanity experience is a plus

• Experience designing workflows and optimizing processes for cross-functional teams

• Ability to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders

• Documented experience building and implementing AI-enabled content processes and automation

• Fluent English
