Description

Lead the team responsible for maintaining WMS/TMS logistics applications and support day-to-day issue resolution. Ensure system functionality stays aligned with business needs, and reduce incident volume by eliminating root causes. Create documentation and a knowledge base for recurring problems, and analyze data to produce reports for the client and your direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team maintaining WMS/TMS applications
• Support the team in resolving current application issues
• Ensure functional compliance with business requirements
• Reduce incident counts by addressing and removing causes
• Document recurring problems and solutions in a knowledge base
• Analyze data and create reports for the client and direct manager

Requirements

• Experience working with WMS/TMS systems
• Very good knowledge of T-SQL
• Effective communication with users and external vendors
• Ability to analyze business processes
