• Role: IT Process Manager

Description

• Analyze and continuously improve existing logistics and IT processes.

• Support existing and new customers with IT and process requirements in warehouse environments.

• Translate customer requirements into IT and WMS solution concepts; configure and model WMS processes and manage the interface between operations and IT.

• Support process introductions and changes from conception through implementation, including requirements documents and change requests.

• Coordinate process and IT projects and ensure alignment between business, IT, and stakeholders.

• Assist in creating offers and solution concepts for new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in Informatics, Business Informatics, Systems Analysis, Logistics, or a comparable field (degree preferred, not required).

• Work experience in IT process management, process management, or project management, ideally in logistics.

• Familiarity with warehousing and contract logistics and ability to convert operational needs into IT processes.

• Experience with Warehouse-Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

• Ideally worked with SuPCIS-L8, LFS, or similar solutions.

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.

• Hands-on mindset and practical approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team to connect different departments.
