Description

Lead a team responsible for application and data lifecycle management, including portfolio, architecture, roadmap, and standards. Own integration and data topics such as interface architecture, data quality, and reporting suitability, and drive ITSM process definition and continuous improvement based on ITIL. Ensure security and confidentiality requirements are implemented across the application and data landscape and manage capacity, licensing, lifecycle, and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Functionally and managerially lead the IT Applications & Data team

• Own responsibility for the application landscape across the full lifecycle (portfolio, architecture, roadmap, standards)

• Manage integration and data topics, including interface architecture, data quality, and reportability

• Define, implement, and continuously improve ITSM processes according to ITIL across the IT department (service catalog, SLAs, KPIs)

• Overall responsibility for introducing and evolving the ITSM platform; contribute to the Change Advisory Board

• Implement security and confidentiality requirements for applications and data in coordination with IT Security, Compliance, and security officers

• Capacity, licensing, lifecycle, and budget planning within own scope

Requirements

• Completed degree or advanced training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in application management, application development, or comparable functions (ideally industrial environment)

• Experience leading a team functionally or disciplinarily

• Solid knowledge of IT service management per ITIL

• Experience rolling out an ITSM tool and shaping service processes

• ITIL certification is an advantage

• Strong security and responsibility awareness, service orientation, persistence, and communication skills

• Very good German and good English
