Description

Lead a team responsible for IT security solutions in a regulated bank environment and develop the team’s competencies. Ensure continuity, availability, and improvement of security systems, coordinate cyber incident handling, changes, and maintenance, and manage security solution implementation and modernization projects. Oversee the full lifecycle of security solutions (updates, migrations, optimization) while partnering with business, IT, security architecture, and technology suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for IT security solutions and develop team capabilities
• Ensure continuity, availability, and development of security systems
• Coordinate cyber incident handling, changes, and maintenance activities
• Manage implementation and modernization projects for security solutions
• Oversee security solutions lifecycle: updates, migrations, and environment optimization
• Collaborate with business areas, IT, security architecture, and technology providers/partners
• Monitor and report effectiveness KPIs and risks within the team’s scope
• Ensure processes and solutions comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and audit recommendations
• Initiate and implement improvements raising security level and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security
• Minimum 2 years leading a technical team or leading a domain/area
• Ability to plan work and delegate tasks
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and products
• Experience maintaining high-availability production cybersecurity systems and conducting failure root-cause analysis
• Experience implementing audit recommendations, regulatory reporting, and formal change management processes
• Ability to run technical projects and collaborate with vendors (including procurement procedures and acceptance of work)
• Openness to change and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Very good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across IT, business, and external vendors
• English knowledge enabling day-to-day communication
