Description

Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement and Hadoop/Cloudera platform migration project. Plan and manage delivery across timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks, while monitoring progress and escalating issues. Ensure structured governance and reporting to the Steering Committee (SteerCo) for predictable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vendor replacement and platform migration
• Plan and manage project delivery (timelines, dependencies, resources, risks)
• Manage project budget and perform financial planning/forecasting
• Monitor progress; proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and delivery dependencies
• Coordinate project teams; run regular project meetings
• Prepare progress reports and materials for Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure structured project governance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Around 7 years of professional experience in Project Management (preferably large-scale IT transformation, infrastructure, or Big Data)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale Big Data platform migration projects
• Strong, practical experience in the Hadoop/Cloudera environment
• Experience managing complex technology transformation or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk, and issue management
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex project dependencies and translate them into clear actions and delivery plans
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
