Role Description

You will ensure that IT solutions and services are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope using a pragmatic project management approach. The role emphasizes coordination, planning, and proactive risk management rather than heavy corporate processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initial requirements (kick-off) to successful handover
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate activities across the customer, your team, and any third parties
• Identify and manage project risks to prevent surprises and resolve issues early

Requirements

• Basic orientation in IT and the relevant domain (no coding or server configuration expected)
• Understanding of computer networks, databases, APIs, and software functioning within infrastructure context
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft 365 including Teams
• Strong organizational abilities and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Diligence and ability to follow through to completion
