Description

Lead delivery planning and execution for a Google Cloud transformation programme, ensuring milestones are met and blockers are escalated. Coordinate stakeholders and multiple teams while managing timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks. Provide clear, structured reporting to drive decisions and follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution within the assigned workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities (timelines, dependencies, resources, risks)
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones are achieved
• Identify risks, issues, and potential delivery blockers; escalate when necessary
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive follow-up actions for smooth execution
• Provide clear and structured progress, risk, and dependency reporting
• Promote delivery-focused project management discipline and collaboration across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex IT environments
• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager in Google Cloud transformation projects
• Proven project and delivery management experience within complex IT transformation programmes
• Very good risk, issue, and dependency management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong ownership, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset
