Description

Support end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives in a complex banking environment and serve as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager. Coordinate work across DevOps, business, and stakeholders to ensure structured execution, progress tracking, and governance compliance. Prepare executive-level reporting and decision materials while driving change management and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Support overall project execution as deputy to the Lead Project Manager
• Coordinate delivery across DevOps, business, and key stakeholder groups
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and actions
• Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Prepare materials for senior management reporting and decision-making
• Drive change management activities and stakeholder communications
• Track dependencies and ensure timely, structured delivery
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams, business representatives, and executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale IT and/or banking projects
• Strong executive stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience with Privileged Access Management or privileged management-related initiatives
• Practical knowledge of Jira
• Ability to prepare clear executive-level reports and decision materials
• Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Excellent communication, coordination, and risk management skills
• English fluency (written and spoken)
