Project Manager (h/f)

Introduction & Summary

The Project Manager will lead a significant HR and Payroll transformation initiative, overseeing the transition to a unified cloud-based Payroll platform. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication to ensure a smooth implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning and execution.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between involved parties and the Payroll software vendor.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Ensure business requirements are documented and incorporated into the solution.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication across all parties.
• Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading software implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience managing multiple vendors.
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Payroll, HRIS, or ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP, Sage, or similar Payroll platforms.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
