Description

Provide presales technical and advisory support for implementing, testing, and certifying backup product solutions. You will work with both end customers and business partners on installation, configuration, demos, training, and first-line technical inquiries, while supporting partner enablement and project quality. You will also create and maintain deployment documentation and collaborate across Professional Services, R&D, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Technical and deployment support: support installation and configuration, participate in test and production deployments, help with functional tests and data migrations, and resolve basic technical issues with engineering support.
• Customer and partner collaboration: support product presentations and demonstrations, help organize and deliver technical trainings, handle first-line technical/deployment questions, and support partner certification processes.
• Partner channel support: maintain ongoing contact with partners, support partner deployments, monitor partner project quality, and assist with product promotion activities.
• Documentation and processes: create and update deployment documentation and instructions, update the knowledge base and training materials, report project activities, and collaborate with Professional Services, R&D, and Product Management.
• Company representation: communicate professionally with customers and partners and support high service quality and company standards.

Requirements

• Basic experience with installation and configuration of software
• General knowledge of IT environments (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud)
• Ability to perform tests and support deployments according to documentation
• Basic understanding of deployment and partner processes
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work with customers and partners
• Good personal organization
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing
• English at least B1/B2
• Preferred: basic knowledge of backup technologies
• Preferred: experience with Linux and Windows environments
