Description

Lead the implementation and development of IT solutions enabling business processes via dedicated platforms and areas, aligned with the company’s strategy. Co-create the IT strategy goals (KPI) and manage delivery roadmaps for local and global implementations. You will also oversee technological development and contribute to IT architecture, manage the IT services catalog lifecycle, and report progress while coordinating with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and develop IT solutions for business processes in dedicated platforms/areas
  • Co-create IT strategy and execute initiatives in line with defined KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Build and manage implementation roadmaps (local and global)
  • Plan and manage the IT budget considering business needs (development and maintenance)
  • Drive technology development and co-create architecture; supervise system integration to ensure flexibility and scalability
  • Manage the IT services catalog, including the lifecycle of IT products
  • Report team progress within your scope
  • Cooperate with implementation partners and vendors
  • Manage the development team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience running projects as a Project Manager
  • Experience leading a team and building effective collaboration
  • Proficiency with Jira and project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, or PRINCE2
  • Higher education (IT or project management preferred)
  • Ability to plan and coordinate projects (schedules/backlog, requirements gathering, project documentation)
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders and present recommendations and conclusions
  • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative working style
  • Ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions as a bridge between business and IT
  • English at least B2
