Description

You will take full responsibility for managing healthcare information system implementation and development projects, supporting them from the commercial preparation phase through successful handover to the customer. You will coordinate consultants and possibly subcontractors internally, while communicating with customers—up to senior leadership—for project status, escalations, and related business discussions. You will create and manage project documentation, manage change requests, and regularly report project status, risks, and deviations to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare projects already in the commercial phase

  • Lead implementation and development projects for healthcare information systems

  • Own project scope, costs, deadlines, and delivery quality

  • Coordinate internal consultants, subcontractors, and internal colleagues; communicate with customers

  • Conduct customer meetings at leadership level; present project status and resolve escalations

  • Manage project documentation and change requests

  • Report regularly on project status, key risks, plan deviations, and required management decisions

Requirements

  • University degree

  • 5+ years in IS/IT with orientation in IT environment

  • 2+ years in project management; knowledge of project methodologies

  • IPMA or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage

  • Advantage: knowledge of healthcare or familiarity with relevant products

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills

  • Independent, systematic, responsible; able to work under pressure

  • Driver’s license category B
